Privacy Policy

Ambi (“we”, “us”) is an iOS app that helps you make progress on ambitious goals through short focus sessions. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and your rights. Ambi is published by MV Software (France). Contact: contact@ambiai.app.

Data we collect

• Account. Ambi works with an anonymous account by default. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we store the identifier and email address the provider shares, to sync your data across devices and send you your report if you request it.
• Your content. The goals, plans, steps, focus sessions and reflections you create in the app. Stored on your device and synced to our servers so you don't lose them.
• Onboarding answers. Your answers to the optional diagnosis quiz, used to personalize the app and, if you ask for it, to generate your report.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous product events (screens viewed, features used) via PostHog, to improve the app. No advertising identifiers, no cross-app tracking.
• Purchases. Subscription status via Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.

AI processing

When you create a goal or use unblocking features, the text you provide is sent to our server and processed by AI model providers to generate your plan. This data is not used to train models and is not sold.

What we don't do

• No ads, no sale of personal data, no data brokers.
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites (no ATT prompt needed).

Service providers

Google Firebase (authentication, app integrity), Cloudflare (hosting, database), RevenueCat (subscription management), PostHog (analytics), and AI model providers (plan generation, via our server). Each receives only what is necessary for its role.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete everything at any time in the app: Settings → Delete my data (erases your content) or Settings → Delete my account (erases your content and your account). You can also email contact@ambiai.app and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data. Write to contact@ambiai.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes; material changes are announced in the app.
