These terms govern your use of the Ambi iOS app, published by MV Software (France).
By using Ambi you agree to them, together with Apple's standard
Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
Ambi helps you structure ambitious goals into short focus sessions, with AI-generated plans
and science-informed guidance. Ambi is a productivity tool: it is not medical, psychological
or therapeutic advice, and results depend on your use.
Ambi Premium (subscription)
Ambi Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (yearly or monthly). The price and period are shown in the app before purchase; payment is charged to your Apple account.
New subscribers may be offered a free trial (currently 7 days). The subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the technical right to store and process it to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).
You can delete your data or your entire account at any time in the app's Settings.
Don't use Ambi for unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the service.
Availability & liability
We work to keep Ambi reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted
availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid
for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law
grants you.
